STR Perspective has completed an Airbnb photography project in Belmar, NJ, capturing a coastal short-term rental with strong emphasis on outdoor living, guest comfort, and listing-ready visual presentation. The finished gallery includes the porch, balcony, private patio, interior lounge area, lifestyle table settings, and aerial neighborhood context. The final gallery is now available here: View project gallery.
The photography process focused on creating a clear guest journey through the property. Natural daylight was used to highlight the home’s relaxed atmosphere, while compositions were planned to show how each space functions for travelers. Close-up lifestyle images of coffee, iced tea, muffins, succulents, table settings, and shaded seating helped support a hospitality-driven story, while wider frames gave potential guests a practical understanding of the layout and amenities.
For short-term rental owners, final photography needs to do more than document rooms. It should communicate why a guest would choose the home, how the space feels, and what kind of stay the listing offers. This Belmar project combines lifestyle rental imagery, exterior visuals, interior coverage, and aerial perspective to strengthen the property’s online presence. Similar completed work can be viewed in the Airbnb photography project portfolio.
The completed gallery gives the host a polished set of marketing assets for platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, direct booking websites, social content, and seasonal rental campaigns. Strong visual presentation can improve listing engagement, set accurate expectations, and help guests connect with a property before they book.
